Among these are special full-thread bolts, special B7 full-thread bolts, and special ASME full-thread bolts.

We utilize materials such as SA193B7, B7M, B8, B8MCL1, L7, CL2, B16, and special materials like SA1942H, 7, 8M, A307, A320, A325, which undergo strict heat treatment or solid solution and maintain excellent mechanical properties in temperatures ranging from -196°C to 575°C.

Our products adhere to stringent regulations concerning manufacturing processes, inspection, and labeling. For instance, the SA193B7 product, being a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, surpasses the highest grade of 12.9 screws made of 35CRMOA material in China. However, through high-temperature quenching at 860°C and high-temperature tempering at 640°C, its hardness is reduced while maintaining a performance level of 10.9. This significantly enhances product toughness, reducing the risk of bending in operational environments, thereby increasing safety. It is mandatory to label the manufacturer's trademark AM and material B7 for traceability purposes.
