Double headed bolts are used for large equipment such as reduction frames. In practical applications, external loads can cause vibration and temperature effects, resulting in reduced friction. Over time, threaded connections will become loose and fail. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the double head bolts in daily life. For example, double headed bolts or anchor bolts may experience problems under prolonged mechanical friction. If there is a problem, the engine oil pan should be removed, and the use of the engine bearing shells should be carefully checked to see if the gap between the bearing shells is too large. If the gap is too large, it should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing the Stud Bolts, some connecting rods should also be replaced.
During each repair, check for newly replaced studs and other newly replaced accessories. When inspecting, the focus should be on the head and guide part of the double head bolt. It is also necessary to strictly inspect each part of the thread for cracks or dents, as well as whether the tooth shape of the Stud Bolt has changed. If the pitch is abnormal, it must not be used again. When installing the connecting rod cap, a torque wrench should be used. It must be tightened according to the specified standards. The torque should not be too large or too small. Attention should also be paid to selecting matching manufacturers' stud bolts and studs.
