How does a milling machine perform daily maintenance

Warranty scope of milling machine

1. Clean the bed and its components, clean iron filings, and maintain a clean environment;
2. Check each oil level, not lower than the oil level, and add lubricating oil to each part;
3. Cleaners, clamps, measuring tools.
Scope of milling machine's first guarantee operation
1. Clean and adjust the workbench, screw handle, and column inlay;
2. Inspect and adjust the clutch;
3. Clean the three-way guide rail and felt, clean the motor, inside and outside the machine tool, and accessories;
4. Check the oil circuit and add lubricating oil to all parts;
5. Tighten the screws on each part.

Weekend milling machine maintenance scope
1. Cleaning
1. Disassemble and clean all parts of the oily felt pad;
2. Wipe each sliding surface and guide rail surface, wipe the workbench and horizontal, lift the Screw Rod, wipe the blade transmission mechanism and tool holder;
3. Wipe away dead corners from various parts.
2. Lubrication
1. Each oil hole is clean and unobstructed, and lubricating oil is added;
2. Add lubricating oil to each guide rail surface, sliding surface, and each screw rod;
3. Check the fuel tank body and oil level of the transmission mechanism, and add oil to the elevation position.
3. Tightening
1. Check and tighten the pressure plate and insert screw;
2. Check and tighten the fixing screws of the slider, the transmission mechanism of the cutting tool, the handwheel, the screws of the workbench bracket, and the fork top screw;
3. Check other parts of the loose screws.
4. Adjustments
1. Inspect and adjust the belts, pressure plates, and inserts;
2. Check and adjust the slider and screw assembly.
5. Anti-corrosion
1. Remove rust from all parts, protect the paint surface, and avoid collisions;
2. Discontinue use, apply oil to the surface of spare equipment guide rails, sliding screw handwheels, and other exposed areas that are prone to rust for corrosion prevention.
