When the thickness of the connecting body is large and the bolt length is very long, double headed bolts are used. In practical work, the purpose of preventing loosening of double headed bolt connections is to reduce friction caused by external loads such as vibration, changes, and material high-temperature creep. The positive pressure in the threaded pair disappears at a certain moment, and the friction is zero, resulting in loose threaded connections. If repeatedly applied, the threaded connections will become loose and fail. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent loosening, otherwise it will affect normal work and cause accidents.
