First, let's take a look at mold preparation: from order confirmation to mold design and then to manufacturing, we need complete mold equipment that can provide sufficient ammunition for the previous production, rather than just delaying the previous production due to the mold


Secondly, inspection methods: In this process, we should pay attention to the inspection tools and methods. The most basic testing tools we know include vernier calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, Rockwell hardness machines, tensile testing machines, etc. Most enterprises have always adopted on-site cyclic inspection and sampling inspection methods.


Finally, the control of the production process includes appearance, marking, formal dimensions, thread stop loss, and mechanical properties. To ensure the use of nuts, we mainly control the first three items, and the appearance and marking can be completed through visual testing. In order to control the accuracy of internal threads, it is necessary to develop a plug gauge with a smooth inner diameter of the nut, so that inspectors and operators can easily inspect the standard nut; Others rely on the manufacturing accuracy of forming molds and the debugging of various sequence pressures during the production process; The requirements for mechanical properties depend on raw materials and heat treatment
